ទំនួលខុសត្រូវការងារ
1. Sale&Administrative Tasks
o Do the promotor job when any promoter off dayor busy
o Prepare quotation & follow up status with customers
o Do PO to Whkm10 & check product upon delivery from Whkm10
o Manage & control utilities expense (electricity, water, telephone, motorbike)
o Do copying, scanning, printing, or typing if request

2. Cashier & Stock Control
o Handle all cashier’s tasks (create invoice, SO, DO..etc)
o Collect payment from customers & transferred money to HQ within the same day
o Documentation (soft & hard copy) all cashier’ documents (Invoice, SO, Inventory, Sale report..etc)
o Manage & update stock (Showroom, Up1, Up2, Service Room, Khm10)
o Dophysical stock countas monthly
o Liaising with HQ accountant for all cashiers/accountant matters

3. Customer Care
o Answer telephone and record info in“the log book”and correspondent callers’ queries/complaints
o Facilitate with service department to do service for customers and follow up until the case is closed (installation, repairing, maintenance, site inspection..etc)
o Product delivery & Installation arrangement (booking truck, booking technician..etc)
o Follow up customer satisfactory after servicing.
o Manage and Control Warranty Card
o Liaising with service department & make appointment with customers for doing maintenance service

4. Working zone & Showroom Hygiene
o Make sure own working area is neat & extremely clean all the time
o Do the cleaning with all sale staff as daily

5. Report: Send report to supervisor as monthly basic
o Sale Report& SO
o Inventory
o Customer Walk in
o Customer by phone
o Warranty Card issued
o Service planning & servicing report

6. Others tasks
o Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
o Provide Weekly and Monthly Report to showroom manager
o Reporting Line : To Showroom Manager
o Working day &Hours: 6days/week from 8:30am- 6:30pm
