• Understand formal and informal letter in Khmer and English language.
• Write administrative letter, memo and other related documents.
• Normally stand by in the sub branch office for making sales contract with new and existing customers and money collection or payment.
• Report and submit customers’ payment to Branch Manager (BM) every day.
• Keep all notes about customers’ list and payments of land or villa installation.
• Good working, relationship either customers or team work.
• Follow and work in the team as management assigned from head office, Phnom Penh.
• Must hard working and honest.
• Be able to work under pressure.

• Graduated BBA degree or other related field.
• Good English both written and spoken.
• Good computer Microsoft Word & Excel, Power Point or Adobe Photoshop is preferable.
• At least 1 or 2 years working experiences in administration or HR department.
