JOB RESPONSIBLEs
Responsibilities:

- Check all account and financial documents
- Record all expense transactions into the File Marker / CRM
- Monthly prepare all paid invoices as a book
- Give report to the office in Hong Kong by scanning cash & bank expense invoice
- Prepare monthly tax declaration
- Prepare the payroll for workers twice per month (Cash + Bank Transfer)
- Prepare HR Stats and financial analysis for Factory Manager
- Pay Supplier + Forwarder in down town (Some by Transfer)
- Withdrawal cash from the bank (CIMB Bank + ANZ Bank)
- Apply Visa, Passport, and buy flight ticket for foreigner factory staff
- Book taxi, hotel for all visitors based on factory manager information
- Prepare NSSF file to process the payment
- Prepare seniority payment, maternity payment, 5% contract, resigned workers, and noodle
- Prepare monthly budget plan
- Prepare document to open bank account for new workers
- Pickup and check bank statement at the Bank
- Buy snack & drink for the visitors
- Go to buy office material as requested
- Check fix assets and stock in-out, finish good report to make yearly declaration
- Prepare monthly tax declaration and report for audit
- Handle full set of accounts including invoicing, accounts payable & receivable
- Do other task assigned by Factory Manager and Hong Kong office.
JOB REQUIREMENTs
- At least of Bachelor degree in related filed
- At least 2 years of experience at a Factory
- Male or Female
- Good communication, friendly and welcoming person
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and others
- Good English and Khmer
