: Bachelor-Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or other related fields
-Together with distributor set annual sales target by models and budget plan for the branch
-Monthly monitor, manage, and analyze branch Profit &Loss.
-Develop yearly strategic plan for branch
-Draw Strategic action plans weekly and monthly with effective daily performance monitoring tools for each -group, each staff, each customer segment
-Conduct regular sales review (daily, weekly, monthly) and provide clear instruction for sales recovery in a -PDCA manne
-Motivate the branch sales performance by staff and by model via effective/lively management of visualization -board
-Review and newly develop sales tools to optimise the company available resources and scheme i.e. financing, used car, accessory, aftersales service, marketing materials,… with effective monitoring tools at appropriate level
-Daily execute well showroom management to get ready to serve customers
-Continuous review the work process of each staff to leveling customer satisfaction "SSI" in order to comply with the set customer care policy
-Daily monitor, verify, and manage branch's accounting activities.
-Carry out managerial functions (Plan, organize, lead and control) of the total CS operation
-Ensure Fix-it-Right at Branch
-Promote 5s and Safety in workshop
-Ensure adequate technical information, tools and equipment for Workshop use
"Daily and weekly analysis of Service Performance Indicator (Customer Traffic, Productivity, Efficiency, Labor -Sales, Gross Profit, etc.) and develop strategy to maximize sales"
-Monitor and analyses on customer satisfaction and share possible root cause and countermeasure to all related staff for improvement
-Conduct regular market surveys in consultation with Dept. General Manager to provide a clear understanding of market position in the area/region
-Build up team spirit to provide best customer service experiences to all Toyota owners
-Perform other task assigned by management
-Bachelor-Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or other related fields
-At Least 5 years of experiences in sales section & customer service
-Motivated, positive attitude, pro-active, teamwork oriented
-Strong supervisory skills and initiative in work
-Excellent teamwork and communication skill
-Very target oriented with strong leadership skill
