• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the sales and marketing department.

• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Develop, maintain and update marketing materials such as brochures, posters, leaflets, website, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
• Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
JOB REQUIREMENTs
1. Master’s or Bachelor degree in Marketing, or another subject relevant to the work.
2. At least Five years’ experiences related to the position.
3. Strong analytical and project management skills.
4. Confident and dynamic personality.
5. Strong creative outlook.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and digital media required.
7. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
8. Highly proficient in English and Khmer (both speaking and writing).
9. Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
