: Graduated majoring in management, business administration, or other related fields.
Be good at both speaking and writing English.
• Distribute stock material requested from Provincial Manager to Agent.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Prepare purchase request.
• Control and copy document for Agent.
• Fill folders and file administrative documents properly.
• Consolidate/follow up inventory balance of stationary, material at Agent/Provincial Manager.
• Manage/Control inventory of stationary, material balance at HQ & Provincial Manager.
• Other tasks assign by Manager.
1. Graduated majoring in management, business administration, or other related fields.
2. At least one years of relevant experience in administrative.
3. Have good inter personal skill, proactive, and problem solving.
4. Be honest, high commitment, and flexible.
5. Be good at both speaking and writing English.
6. Computer literate and knowledge of Microsoft office.
